Spring is here in the sunny south. What does that mean for the Suncoast region of southwest Florida?

We do experience seasons, albeit not as dramatic as the north and Europe. Our winters are cooler than the rest of the year and our sensitive southern plantings are ready for the spring warmth and summer rains. The oak trees have dropped their leaves and are now blooming. The birds are singing and it’s time to trim back plantings so that they can produce new, lush growth.

They are helping to steer Southwest Florida’s housing recovery to its healthiest level in six years!
